Competition Rules
Our 2021 theme is UNSDG United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, these goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, all we ask is your artwork is submitted with a positive message, this can be a sentence, poem, paragraph, we need the message within the email text and your artwork attached as a JPEG and everything clearly titled with your name and the title of your artwork. Your entry must clearly state if you are entering the Adult Art Competition or Children’s Art Competition.

The following are the rules for entering There Is No Planet B Art Competitions (Adult or Children). It is important to read the rules and procedures before submitting work to us.

We will be happy to help you with the application process.
- Entries must follow the competition theme.
- Artist can enter up to 3 pieces of work.
- Competition is open to anyone, all 2 and 3-dimensional artists or aspiring artists. Amateur and professional artists. Our competition is free to enter.
- This is an online art competition for paintings, digital art, mixed media and sculpture but video is excluded.
- Entrants must be 18 years old and older for the Adult competition and under 18 for the Children’s competition.
- Files must be in JPEG format. Files may not exceed 1MB.
- Digital Images may only be entered
- No art previously shown in There Is No Planet B competitions can be re-submitted.
- There is no limit to the number of images that an artist can submit.
- DATA PROTECTION: In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (and
all other relevant Data Protection legislation), There Is No Planet B
(TINPB) will hold the personal data of artists supplied on the Entry
Form securely. The data will only be used in the process of
administering the Art Competition and will not be transferred to any
third party not directly involved with There Is No Planet B.
- Publication of work: Artwork submission will be taken as permission to publish artwork, all work published on our blog or Facebook will be given proper credit to the artist once the judging has been completed.
- Your submitted email must contain title of your piece, with your name, title of your work and a message and clearly state if you are entering the Adult Art Competition or Children’s Art Competition. Please attach your photographed artwork as a JPEG file (using clearly labelled file name of the title of your work).
Closing Date – 7pm 31st July 2021
